Payment is made directly by the patient at the time of service, and the patient can submit the receipt and medical documentation to their insurance provider for reimbursement.

In most cases, we work under a reimbursement model and do not guarantee direct billing. Patients should confirm coverage with their insurance or travel insurance provider.

Do you bill insurance directly?

We provide medical report, recipt/invoice, prescription. We can provide any additional documentation requested by the insurance provider

What documents can you provide for insurance reimbursement?

Hotel medical consultation starts from $120 USD. IV Therapy starts from $250 USD. Final price may vary depending on location, time, treatment required and medical evaluation.

Do you treat children?

Cash USD, cash MXN, credit/debit card and bank transfer.

What payment methods do you accept?

Yes, prescriptions may be provided when medically appropriate after evaluation.

When should I go to the hospital instead?

This will help make the assistance faster and easier. We can assess the severity of your situation over the phone and guide you to the appropriate hospital for treatment.
